    Microsoft Internet Explorer

    1. Select Internet Options... from the Tools menu.
    2. Click on the Security tab.
    3. Click on the Custom Level button in the Security setting for this zone section.
    4. Scroll down until you see the Scripting section.
    5. Select the Enable radio button under Active scripting.
    6. Click the OK button.
    7. Click the OK button again.
  7. Screen Resolution
  8. U Online requires a monitor with a minimum resolution of 1024x768 to display correctly.
    If you are experiencing problems viewing U Online please follow the instructions below to change your monitor to a compatible resolution.

    Microsoft Windows XP/2000

    1. Right click on the Desktop and select Properties.
    2. Click on the Settings tab.
    3. In the Screen resolution section, drag the slide bar to the right and select a suitable resolution.
    4. Click the Apply button.
    5. Click the OK button in the next window that appears.
    6. Once your screen resolution has changed, click the Yes button to confirm the change.
