Are there any costs associated with the Visa Electron debit card?
Yes. There is an annual fee of TT $100, which is debited on the anniversary of the card’s issue date. There is also a local ATM fee of TT $7 for the use of non‐UTC ATMs, but withdrawals from UTC ATMs are free.

What is my daily limit on the TT$ Income Fund Visa debit card at the ATM?
Your daily limit is TT $3,500, regardless of whether you use UTC ATMs or the ATMs of other local banks.

Is there an expiry date for the Visa Electron debit card?
Yes. The card is valid for three years, after which a renewal replacement card is provided. However, on the anniversary date of the card, an annual fee will be automatically deducteD from the customer’s TTIF and USIF account, respectively.

What is the procedure if my card is lost/stolen?
Locally: Immediately call the Contact Centre (1‐868‐625‐8648, Options 1 to 4), or visit any Investment Centre to file a report. Please submit written notification within 48 hours of your call.
Overseas: Immediately call Visa International and file a lost/stolen report. For the Visa Assistance Centre (United States and Canada), call toll‐free 1-800-847-2911. From other countries, please call collect at 1-410-581-9994.

Can I have a Visa Electron debit card on a company account?
No. The Visa Electron debit card is only applicable to individual accounts.

Are there fees for international transactions?
No. The TT Visa Debit card can only be used locally, not internationally.

I receive an error when I attempt to request a debit card.
You may already have a debit card issued. If you are unable to solve the problem, please contact us (1‐868‐625-8648, Options 1 to 4). You can reach us daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., or send an email to visaservices@ttutc.com.
