Dear Unitholders,

ON WEDNESDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER 2022, WE COMPLETED ONE OF OUR MOST SIGNIFICANT TECHNOLOGICAL UPGRADES IN THE CORPORATION’S HISTORY.
Customers can now visit our Investment Centres and Agencies to conduct transactions or access our enhanced electronic services such as:
  • Uon (previously U-online)–a new online platform to keep Uon top of your investments.
  • eStatements-no more waiting for statements. You can view and download whenever needed. It is SECURE, and best of all; it’s FREE.
  • Automatic Clearing House (ACH) – at your own convenience, you can now receive and transfer funds.
  • Live Chat –chat with us online at www.ttutc.com for quick resolution of any queries.

TEMPORARY SERVICE DELAYS

We wish to advise our VISA Debit Cardholders that they may experience temporary delays as we optimize the system.

Our VISA Debit Cardholders may also experience difficulty conducting transactions with their TT$ and US$ Visa Debit Cards at some ATMs and point-of-sale terminals. Some merchants are still upgrading their infrastructure to align with the most up-to-date Chip and Pin technology. Together with our service partner,  we continue to reach out to those merchants to ensure that their card infrastructure is in place to meet our requirements.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Our TT$ Visa Debit Cardholders can visit the nearest Investment Centre or Agency, to utilize the Fast Deposit facility or access cash at the Investment Centres.

Our US$ Visa Debit Cardholders can access the Emergency Cash Disbursement Service by calling toll-free: 1-800-396-9665 (US & Canada) or 1-303-967-1098 (all other countries). This allows customers to access up to US$3,000 (or equivalent) per day.
